PROSECUTORS SAY... STRIKING THE F-A-A
WITNESSES WOULD TAKE AWAY HALF THEIR

CROSS-EXAMINATION COULD COUNTER THE
PROBLEM.

MOUSSAOUI HAS ALREADY PLED GUILTY TO
CONSPIRING WITH AL QAEDA TO HIJACK

a fatal shooting.

yesterday morning -- and found
44-year-old Tony James Harris dead.

Harris appeared to have been shot
multiple times in the chest.

Police have detained a man
believed to have been involved in the
