GRAPHIC=Brush Fire A forest fire that started ten

days ago continues to smolder along the
Botetourt Bedford County line.

This afternoon, high winds helped

to rekindle some hot spots within the

neighbors.

But Joe Dashiell reports,
forestry officials and firefighters are
keeping a close eye on the situation...

Wallace: "That speaks for itself."

WALLACE WAS ALSO KNOWN FOR HIS
AMBUSH-STYLE INTERVIEWS ... OFTEN
DUBBED "GOTCHA" JOURNALISM.

BUT WALLACE SAYS IT WAS MORE THAN THAT.

"Not to embarrass for embarrassment
sake but to ask questions that might be

WALLACE HAD ALREADY BEEN CUTTING BACK

CONTINUE TO DO OCCASIONAL REPORTS FOR

For starters Daunte Culpepper has
been traded from the Vikings to the
Miami Dolphins in exchange for a second
round draft pick in 2007.

Culpepper, was a multiple pro
bowler with the Vikings, but his
relationship with the organization had
deteriorated in recent weeks. The
trade is of course contingent on
Culpepper passing a physical. He
basically destroyed his knee last
season tearing all three ligaments in
