She says her paid leave is in
response to all the recent
controversies at Cave Spring High
School.

Education 7 Animation childrens safety brought their concerns
to a meeting in Franklin County.

It all started March seventh
when an exterminator injected malathion
into the walls of Dudley Elementary
School.

It was done while the kids were
still in school, sparking a lot of
concern that the pesticide could have
affected the kids.

Letters were sent out alerting
parents, but only to parents of fourth
and fifth graders because that was the
hall affected.

The School says it was not
consulted about using a pesticide and
did not know or support the decision to
use the pesticide while kids were in
school.
