Buena Vista as a result of a fatal
trench collapse.

David "Pee Wee" Carter died when they
were installing a sewer line.

According to the state's
investigation, employees had not been
adequately trained in trenching and or
excavation safety.

Investigators also found the
employees did not use proper techniques
or tools.

The victims were also involved in
another collapse in February 2005.

At this point, no fines have been
assessed.

so big

JJ tells Sarah morale is high and while
the Army does give them everything they
need, they really like to get luxury
items like quilted toilet paper, baby
