Rhonda Price and Charles Trail's
flight landed in Roanoke just before 11
o-clock.

They were onboard the Star
Princess when they they were woken up
early yesterday morning by a lot of
commotion.

A fire had broken out on the
ship. The rooms across the hall were
charred.

They remained on the boat for six
more hours, but say the mood among the
passengers was calm.

luxury sternwheeler have been evacuated
after an incident on the Columbia River
between Oregon and Washington.

The cruise ship ran into a sandbar
and divers are checking the hull to
make sure the ship will still float. If
so, it could be pulled off the
SAND-bar.

So far, no injuries, officials
believe choppy water and high winds
could have been the reason the ship
steered off course.

CBS Sports-NCAA Productions BC came out and took control of :00 this game from the start with
aggression around the rim. Sean
Williams throws this one down and gets
the foul.

BC led by a point with under five
seconds to go, and watch Will Sheridan
slip inside and take the inbounds pass.
Williams was late getting over and he
is charged with goaltending giving
Villanova a one point *CG final Villanova lead. Louis Hinnant got a shot at 60 inning it, but his desperation Boston College 3-pointer at the buzzer missed 59 everything, allowing the Wildcats to
escape with a 60-59 victory over the
Eagles.

Speed They were supposed to qualify
this afternoon for the Food City 500
but a day's worth of Rain, Sleet, and
Snow made it a little hard to be on the
track. So the field will be set by the
2-thousand and 5 owners points for
Sunday's Race.

That means Jimmie Johnson will
start in the 5th position. Not bad
when you consider this is a weekend
when he gets his Crew Chief Chad Knaus
back from a 4 race suspension he got
for cheating in Daytona qualifying.

everything from speed to whether or not

Information from the so- called
black boxes is used by mechanics every
day to pinpoint auto problems.

It's also used by insurance
companies to reconstruct accidents.

Right now Virginia law doesn't
specify WHO that information belongs

The legislature passed a bill
this year that says it belongs to the
vehicle owner and, outside of a court-
issued subpoena, no one else can access
it without permission.
