system explained in detail why it's
taking so long to finish the new
athletic fields at Cave Spring High
School.
The school board announced that

an independent party to look into
allegations that Superintendent Linda
Weber rules by intimidation.
He's scheduled to wrap up his
investigation within the next 60 days.

Football at Virginia Tech sporting the

Lewis had been playing baseball
in the Cincinnati Reds organization but
couldn't resist the pull of the
football field.

Lewis is technically a freshman
but brings a maturity to the position
of running back that has almost no
experienced players in Spring Camp.
