never riding ATV's on any public
highway, always wearing the proper
protective gear, and not allowing
younger children on ATV's that are to

spend time promoting safety on the

20 years ago.

Beebe sent a letter to the alleged
victim apologizing for the incident.

His accuser, Liz *Securro* says she
was raped at a fraternity house in
October of 1984.

She testified against Beebe at a
preliminary hearing yesterday. A judge
determined there was probable cause to
send the case to a grand jury.

this week in Chile.

Reebok is recalling about 300-thousand
charm bracelets.

Commission announced a recall of the
heart-shaped bracelets.

Officials say the jewelry
contains high levels of lead -- posing
a health risk to young children.

Reebok learned of a four-year-old
who died from lead poisoning after
swallowing a piece of a bracelet.

The bracelet was a gift with the
purchase of some children's footwear
from May 2004 through March 2006.

teachers took part in a basketball
tournament -- benefitting the annual
CYCLE program at Virginia Tech.

CYCLE is a youth leadership
conference organized by the Virginia
Police Chief Foundation.

The conference costs about
86-thousand bucks -- so organizers say
events like today's help considerably.

Of course at the end of the day,
it's still a tournament.

The team of Cave Spring High
School teachers came out on top.

Bristol. Believe it or not, snow wiped
out Busch Series qualifying, so the
field was set by points.

and a half.

Matt Kenseth tangled with Kyle

with 12 laps to go and held off a hard

says the cat is healthy.
