Brittaney Brown and her Radford
softball teammates went to a taping of
the show after playing in a tournament
over Spring Break.

Brittaney told us last week she was
confident she would get the call to
"Come on down" and win big.

And she did, winning a car and more
during the program and in the "Showcase
Showdown".

We're told Brown couldn't see the
program when it aired this morning, but
she has taped it and will see if for
herself later today.

parks and crowding tree-lined avenues
today as cherry blossom season gets
under way.

The time- honored tradition of
'hanami' involves groups of workers and
friends gathering under pink and white
cherry blossoms to eat, drink and be
merry.

The Hanami week began in Tokyo over
the weekend and is expected to last
until the beginning of next week

Cherry blossoms are cherished in
Japan as a symbol of spring.
