"Mad Max" is headed to prison.

and beating of an elderly woman in her
Leesville Road home.

Giles County, where two men are accused
of an overnight murder.

Authorities got the call early this
morning in a home on Wolf Creek Road
just outside of Narrows.

This Morning Authorities say 35-year-old
Curtis Morgan Horne was shot once in
the head and killed with a 38 caliber
weapon.
It happened at the home the victim
shared with the two suspects.
Police have charged Andy
Ray McKinney, seen here in the red
shirt, and 21 year old Jarret Lee
Clarke, in the blue shirt, with first
degree murder.
Investigators believe Clarke was
the triggerman.

mentioned in the narrative of the
novel.
Brown's lawyers admit the historical
book was one of about three dozen Brown
used in research of HIS novel, but it
wasn't nearly as important as the
authors claimed.

just Brown's reputation...had he and
his publishers LOST, it threatened to
derail the release of the Da Vinci Code
movie, starring Tom Hanks, due out next
