welcome to the Monday ticker.

The Salem Avalanche players have
gotten off to a smoking hot 3 and oh
start with a sweep of their opening
series at home against Potomac.

Too bad the team must now hit the
road.

The Avs start their away schedule
this evening against Frederick. The
amount of returning experience at the

for Salem.

Reports tonight say that the Pack
is in serious negotiation with John
Calipari - the current coach at Memphis
- who took UMass to the Final Four
before trying his hand in the NBA.

This season, Calipari led Memphis
to 33 wins and a spot in the Elite
Eight.

CBS is reporting that Calipari
and State officials met in Memphis last
night.

*CG locator London, UK it is possibly the world's most
expensive sandwich at 140 dollars...
It's what's inside that makes this
sandwich special... There's
mayonnaise made from fois gras (FWA-
grah) which is duck pate and black
truffle.

Atop a bed of rocket salad is a

large slice of the most expensive meat
on earth- from japan..famed for its
taste.

Topped off with finest cheese in
Europe- roasted peppers and cherry
tomatoes.

Encasing all this: two slices of
sour dough bread, fermented for 24
hours.

The creator says the sandwich is
meant for busy people who appreciate
gourmet food.
