sedan driven by Heather Bennett pulled
into his lane.

Police say Bus 35 was at the
light at Colonial and Brambleton
Avenues just after two, when a van
drifted into the back end of the bus.
No one was injured.

where there is news concerning the
on-going inviestigation of the Duke
lacrosse team and its alleged
involvement in the rape and sexual
assault of a hired stripper.

Less than a half hour ago,
Raleigh attorney Wade Smith said that
there is no DNA evidence to link the 46
Duke players who were tested to the
woman who claimed she was raped.
Smith and other defense attorneys
say the test results prove their
clients did
--NOT-- sexually assault and beat the
stripper hired to perform at a March
13th party.
No charges were ever filed in the
case, but the city of Durham has been
turned upside down by the matter.
Again, NO DNA from the lacrosse
players was found on the woman.

15 thousand fans turned out at
Neyland Stadium for the annual fan day
and spring game festivities.
Erik Ainge who is expected to
start at quarterback without challenge
in the fall played well on Saturday
completing 14-of-22 passes for 210
yards and two scores for new UT
offensive coordinator David Cutclifffe.
