fatal accident this morning in
Alleghany County.

Police say Patricia Nary of West
Virginia was traveling westbound on
Interstate-64 around 8:30, when her car
ran off the road and into the median.

The car flipped over several
times before coming to rest in the
eastbound lane.

Nary was pronounced dead at the
scene.

of yesterday's house fire in Roanoke
County.

Crews arrived to find heavy
flames coming from the garage and right
side of the house.

A father and son were home at the

has captured a bear believed to be the
one that killed a girl in a Tennessee
park Thursday.

of celebration for one community in
Oklahoma.

Oklahoma -- in memory of 10-year-old
Jamie Bolin.

Bolin was brutally murdered and
found dead in her neighbor's bathtub
Friday.

Authorities say Kevin Underwood
killed Bolin as part of *an elaborate*
plan to eat human flesh.

The 26-year-old grocery store
stocker is scheduled to appear in court
tomorrow.

The district attorney says he

will seek the death penalty.

new arrest in the case of a missing
Alabama teen.

Natalee Holloway disappeared

Commission has agreed to remove a ban
that affected dozens of businesses at
Smith Mountain Lake.

April 5 The ban prohibited pile-driving
and other in-water construction between
mid-April and mid-June, to protect fish
during spawning season.

But, dozens of dock-builders and
others filed a request to remove the
section of the ban on pile-driving,
saying there was no scientific evidence
it hurts the fish.

FERC approved the request, with
the condition that if a nest is
detected, the pile driving work should
be relocated or delayed.

venture, McMaster played hockey with

on Ebay.

The jerseys currently range from

more than 80 percent of the people we
surveyed have already filed their
taxes.

68-percent say they're expecting
a refund.

And 50-percent say they plan to
use a tax service to file their taxes.

About half of those surveyed said

by paper.

Cavaliers have some concerns of their
own, not the least of which is the
linebacker position.

Kai Parham, who left early to enter the
N-F-L Draft. All he did last season
was lead the team in tackles, forced
fumbles, tackles behind the line of
Scrimmage, and Sacks.

Also gone is All-American Ahmad
Brooks who was dismissed from the team
by Al Groh before Spring Practice even
started.

The only returning starter at

linebacker that played in every game
last season is Clint Sintim. He had 3
Sacks and over 50 Tackles in 2-thousand
5, and can't wait to take his game to
another level.

sunrise sermon near the 18th green at
HarbourTown Golf Links in Hilton Head
this morning. Then the 25 year old
proceeded to go out and win his first
event on Tour at the Verizon Heritage,
on Easter Sunday and his first wedding
anniversary.

Creek Pooch Parade in Dallas.

With temperatures hovering in the
high 80s, hundreds of people turned out
to watch man's best friends walk the
catwalk - or dogwalk - down a city
street.

Costumes ranged from Chihuahua's
in bonnets to Dachshunds DAHT-suns
dressed as the Easter Bunny.

The annual event raises money for
local charities.
