Pennsylvania were laid to rest today in
Danville. It's the hometown of one of
the victims, who is also the suspect's
grandmother.

packed a *revival-style* memorial
service at a Danville funeral home,

service for the victims in Brooklyn,
New York, where they lived before
moving to Pennsylvania.
The six bodies were found last week in
the basement of their house. Police say

has been hard to swallow.

The fight to remove a
controversial ban continues at Smith
Mountain Lake.
Dozens of businesses recently won
a fight to lift a ban on dock-building
during spawning season -- saying
there's no scientific evidence it harms
fish.
But, the ban remains in effect on
other in-water construction like
rip-rap -- or laying rocks along the
shoreline.
Appalachian Power, which manages the
lake, says it's willing to make the
same request to federal regulators to
remove the ban, but only if there's
legitimate evidence supporting such a
removal.

this season between the two teams.

Stewart has been picked to
head-up Goodyear's tire test at Indy on
Monday.
The tire tests are separate from
the new NASCAR policy that has cut out
all testing other than at six
designated tracks.
Stewart thinks it's all a waste,
and that the teams should simply show
up on Friday, practice, and race.

attend his sister's wedding and help
promote a big charity basketball game
that's coming up a week from tonight.
Moore is bringing many of his UVa
friends like Chris Slade, Ted Jeffries
and Bryant Stith to the historic
Doghouse gym to raise money for the
Delvin Hairston Memorial Scholarship
fund.
Hairston was killed in May of
2002 at the age of 19 in a
drive-by-shooting.
