Dozens of businesses recently won

there's no scientific evidence it harms

But, the ban remains in effect on

attend his sister's wedding and help
promote a big charity basketball game

that's coming up a week from tonight.

Moore is bringing many of his UVa
friends like Chris Slade, Ted Jeffries
and Bryant Stith to the historic
Doghouse gym to raise money for the
Delvin Hairston Memorial Scholarship
fund.

Hairston was killed in May of
2002 at the age of 19 in a
drive-by-shooting.
