NO SUPER police say small riots broke out after
the annual springtime celebration
spilled into the streets.

Radford police handed out
400-citations and arrested 26 people.

The university decided this year
to cancel further Quadfests.

police presence in Radford was
siginificantly increased this year, and
that hasn't gone unnoticed.

reason for that.

Officers believe stricter
enforcement of alcohol laws will lead
to less fights, and an overall safer
environment for students.

Pennsylvania were laid to rest this
weekend in Danville.

It's the hometown of one of the
victims, who is also the suspect's

grandmother.

Hundreds of friends and family
members packed a *revival-style*
memorial service at a Danville funeral
home,

memorial service for the victims in
Brooklyn, New York, where they lived
before moving to Pennsylvania.

The six bodies were found last
week in the basement of their house.

Zone as seven-Iraqi civilians were
killed and eight wounded.

Three explosions- caused by
mortars or rockets - happened near
Iraq's Defense Ministry, which is
located just inside the Green Zone on
the west side of the Tigris River.

The victims were making their way
through heavily guarded checkpoints
when reportedly the three mortars
exploded just inside the zone's walls.

The explosions- came one day
after Iraq's parliament elected a
president, two vice presidents, a
parliament speaker and two deputies.

Sheen- is getting uglier.

Richards accused the actor in
court papers that he pushed and shoved
her and also threatened her and her
parents.

Sheen denies the allegations.

A Los Angeles judge issued a
temporary restraining order saying the
actor must stay at least 300-feet away
from his estranged wife and their two
daughters except when it's a supervised
visit.

Denise Richards filed for divorce
from the actor in March after being
married for three years.

Some North Carolina residents are
spending the rest of the

VO NAT weekend cleaning up after a line
of severe storms hit the Winston-Salem
area yesterday. It was part of the same
front that brought showers and storms
to our area. Strong winds knocked large
trees into homes as well as power
lines. Several areas also saw hail
damage. And speaking of hail damage.

VO NAT Shoppers at an outlet mall in
Texas had an unpleasant surprise when
they returned to their cars. A storm

producing golf ball-size hail heavily
damaged cars, shattering windshields
and headlights and even smashing holes
in the mall signs. The mall was
shut-down for the rest of the day to
make repairs.

The school's board of visitors
yesterday voted to increase in-state
