Governor Tim Kaine signed 12-
bills into law designed to help police
and prosecutors better track and
convict those who target children.

Rape or sodomy of a child under
the age of 13- now comes with a
mandatory sentence of 25- years to
life.

A second offense carries a
mandatory life sentence.

G-P-S devices will also be used

Panthers vs. Maroons As the sun was setting in Salem - :00 this little puppy was already through
for the night.

Top of the third, the Maroons
would fall apart defensively - Brent

Now in the fourth - more problems
for the all-former Northside battery as
Jason Furry can't come up with Mark
Eubank's pitch and Joshua Tuck scores.
Roanoke committed 8 errors in the game. *CG final Ferrum

The PAC 10 conference says it is
looking into a report that Bush's
family lived in a house in Spring
Valley, California that was owned by a
man who wanted to handle their son's
professional marketing

No big deal except that all of
this allegedly took place while while
Bush was still playing for USC.

NCAA rules prohibit
student-athletes or their families from
receiving extra benefits from agents or
their representatives and you would
have to say that living in a home
purchased for $757 thousand 500 bucks
is somewhat of a benefit. Bush says
the house was leased and nothing was
illegal.
