New information tonight on the
arrest of a Virginia Tech student in
the death of a fellow student.

JEAN' S MIC HOT indicted by a Montgomery County grand
jury this week on involuntary
manslaughter charges.
Police believe Pierce was driving
the vehicle that hit 19 year old Brian
Joseph McCloskey in November.
McCloskey died from his injuries.

night.
He went before a magistrate and
was released on 50-thousand dollars
bond.

believe they finally know what happened
Brian McCloskey.
In November, McCloskey attended a party
at these town homes. He was found the
next morning lying unconscious on this
walking trail often used as a shortcut
by vehicles. McCloskey died from severe
head and chest injuries five days
later.
Police eventually took this Ford
Excursion into custody. It had been
loaned to Tech Junior, Aaron Pierce, by
Magic City Ford in Roanoke.

According to search warrants Pierce
told police he was not sure he didn't
hit the victim when driving over the
curb into the grassy area. He also
admitted to drinking alcohol the night
of the incident.

According to the government, Hutcherson
wrote himself more than $1,000 worth of
checks, wrote 400 to cash, 500 in life
insurance premiums, bought 18-hundred
dollars worth of furniture, though at
least some of it did go to Jones. And
the Pastor allegedly used Jones'
account to write a $100 check to his
mistress, Susan Hamlett.
