Commissioner David Stern, but the
geography of the league is headed west
and ownership groups are now private.

Fox Sports Only a few bumpy moments on the
track not in the sky.

Denny Hamlin on the bottom of the
track slides up and whacks, Dave
Blaney, who hits Reed Sorensen who has
no choice but to slam into Joe Nemechek

who would see his streak of 40
consecutive races in which he was
running at the finish come to an end.

Things got even more interesting
in the closing laps, but the final five
clicked off without incident despite
some four wide racing.

In the end, Jimmie Johnson held
off Tony Stewart and his Hendrick
Racing teammate Brian Vickers for the
win. Jeff Burton was fourth and Jamie
