organizations testified this morning
that she fabricated the minutes that
authorized Rev. Carl Hutcherson to take
a loan.

Last Week Davida Wingfield testified Hutcherson
told her to create board meeting

minutes.

When prosecutors asked Wingfield if
the minutes were false, she said they
were.

She later testified Hutcherson looked
at the minutes and said he was not

The evidence says Hutcherson took a
30 thousand dollar loan from his own
church charity.

The money was a gift from Jerry
Falwell's ministry.

The trial of the Lynchburg Mayor
continues this afternoon.

Lundy went to the Houston Texans
