CITIZENS -- BE PREPARED.

Health officials are taking their
message to schools and universities.
Places like Virginia Tech could be
called up to serve as quarantine sites
or isolation locations.

Students won't be the only ones, who
will have "snow days". It's a term we
all may get used to.
