Bedford County have arrested a 15 year
old student -- after toxic chemicals
were found in Liberty High School
yesterday.

He was taken into custody about
10:30 this morning, and charged with a
felony.

In Glendale, California, a dump
truck driver had to be rescued from the
cab of his truck, after it got hung
over a highway bridge.

Authorities say the truck had turned
to get on the on- ramp-- then went
through the bushes and over-corrected,
before crashing in the edge of the
freeway.

The accident forced all eastbound
lanes of the highway to shut down,
while authorities rescued the driver.

another seriously injured in
Chesterfield County during a shootout
that also left the suspect dead.

report of a domestic dispute.

Once they arrived, police say
William Anderson pulled out a gun and

shot one officer, killing him.

Police say Anderson was killed, but
the second officer survived.

He is in stable condition in a
Richmond hospital.

administrators finally granted our
request.

We found plenty of water stains on
the ceiling and at least one wall but
there were no visible signs of mold.

Even so, the school system admits
something here in the school is making
some teachers sick.

undergoes a 20 million dollar

the strike hit a mile from the mine
opening and likely sent an

electrical pulse along a power line
that ultimately ignited methane gas

in the mine.

convinced....and they say the mine
