That was the message yesterday to at
Carilion's Women's Health University.

Communications expert Susanne Gaddis
has this advice: you have the power to
take control over the stress in your
life. She suggested simple stress
relievers like facial exercises, taking
regular breaks, and changing your
thought patterns.

Congressman Patrick Kennedy
insists he was not drinking before a
car crash early Thursday morning near
the U.S. Capitol.

The Rhode Island representative
and son of Senator Ted Kennedy blames
the incident on a combination of
prescription drugs.

Police officers did not conduct a
sobriety test.

A Bedford County student has been
charged with releasing a chemical
inside Liberty High School.

The spill forced the evacuation
of employees from the administration
building.

The 15-year-old freshman was
arrested after he alledgedly showed up
at school with his clothes still
smelling of the pesticide.

:00 Dozens of students ran their
unmanned all-terrain vehicles and
robotic aircraft yesterday at Kentland
Farm.

The vehicles are autonomous,
meaning you don't drive... a computer
does most of the work.

Many of the students were
seniors, showing off projects from the
year.

For instance, this Cadillac S-R-X
is being designed to help blind people
drive.

The students were also trying to
show how the unmanned vehicles could be
used in agriculture and farming.
