in the deadly blaze that ravaged the
Station Nightclub in rhode island..

Former tour manager Daniel Biechele
absorbed the tragic testimony with
his head down...avoiding direct eye
contact with grieving relatives.

Biechele triggered the pyrotechnic
display that sent sparks flying into
flammable foam panels around the stage.
Flames quickly spread through
the soundproofing material and engulfed
the building.
Solorzano On-Camera Bridge: Biechele
did not have a permit to operate
pyrotechnics in Rhode Island and has
taken at least partial
responsibility for the worst fire in
state history. 100 people lost
their lives and another 200 were
injured.
In a deal with prosecutors.. biechele
pled guilty to 100 counts of
involuntary manslaughter. The 29 year
old.. Who is expected to make a
statement at this hearing.. Will be
sentenced to no more than tens years
in prison on Wednesday. The club
owners are also facing charges. They
have both pled not guilty and will
stand trial separately.

But for now the focus is on the
families.

March Martinsville's Troy Wells has been

Year, following the Bulldogs 13th state
title.
Martinsville knocked off R-E Lee
of Staunton ending the Leemen's 85 game
winning streak. The Dogs won 12
straight games to end the year.
Shaquan Beamer had a lot to do
with that. The senior guard averaged
18 and a half points and 7 assists this
past season, including 21 points per
contest in the postseason, and was
named to the All State first team.
Fleming's James Otey joins
Beamer. Otey averaged nearly 17 points
a game and made 90 three pointers this
season. He led the Colonels to the
Region 3 Championship and state
quarterfinals.
Alvin Wright of Heritage was
the only junior to make the squad.
