GRAPHIC=Hold Three Roanoke County high school

students on a field trip are accused of
throwing paint cans off of a New York
City hotel and hitting a police officer
and squad cars. We are naming one of

them for the first time since her name
is now appearing in publicly available
news accounts out of New York.

Eighteen year-old Sean McGhee,
18-year-old Tyler Moore Junior, and 17
year old Brittany Goldberg will each
face nine felony charges when they
return to a New York courtroom June 15.

Emotions are high as parents deal with

the news their kids were arrested over
the weekend.

Two Cave Spring Senior, 18-year-old
Sean McGhee........ 18-year-old Tyler
Moore Junior, known by friends as Moses
and a 17-year old girl from Hidden
Valley High School allegedly broke into
a supply closet and took cans of
paint....

Police say early Sunday morning, the
teens managed to get onto the roof of
the Doubletree Metropolitan Hotel and
started tossing those cans of
paint.....

The hotel is directly across from the
NYPD's 17th precinct..One of the cans
struck a patrolman in the eye, in
addition two police cars were
hit...three police scooters damaged and
an officer's personal vehicle also
struck.

We did talk to some students at Cave
Spring who are friends with the boys
and say they are shocked and don't
believe they would intentionally try to
hurt anybody. Not only are these
teens looking at criminal charges Cave
Spring Principal, Martha Cobble, says
they will also be subject to punishment

from their schools.

of those who died in the 2003 Station
Nightclub blaze had their words

read by attorneys.

Former tour manager Daniel Biechele has
avoided eye contact with family

members throughout his sentencing
hearing.

His pyrotechnic display for the band
Great White sprayed a stream of

sparks into flammable foam
soundproofing around the

stage...sparking the

worst fire in state history and a
deadly rush for the exits.

Solorzano On-Camera Bridge: Biechele
did not have a permit to operate

pyrotechnics in Rhode Island and has
already pled guilty to 100 counts

of involuntary manslaughter. In a plea
bargain with prosecutors, he

will be sentenced Wednesday to no more
than 10 years in prison. He is

expected to speak at this hearing.

But no words or amount of jail time for
him will ease the grief of the

families.

SOT:

More than 200 people were also injured
in the fire that has been labeled

the 4th worst in U.S. history. The
owners of the nightclub are accused

of installing the foam panels that fed
the flames. They have pled not

guilty to multiple counts of
manslaughter and are facing separate

trials.

forecasters say it's only a temporary
fix.

Parts of I-95 have been closed

Washington suburb police station--
killing a veteran female officer.

The incident happened late yesterday
afternoon, when the gunman began firing
on officers in the parking lot of Sully

District police station in Chantilly.

shut down a web site critical of
Hargrave Military Academy.

trapped underground for two weeks are
breathing fresh air again.

after being trapped inside a small
steel cage since April 25th.

That's when a small earthquake
triggered a rock slide three thousand
feet underground in the Tasmanian gold

A hospital official says the miners
are in "excellent" physical shape, but
may suffer survivor guilt, since
another miner was killed in the
accident.

Last Season Shaine Miles, who has been an :00 assistant for the Thundering Herd for
the past three years resigned his post
yesterday as tight ends coach.

Miles was considered by most to
be a rising star in the coaching
business.

But he says when his son Brock was
born last December - the time away from
home to coach and recruit got to be an
uneven tradeoff.

Miles and his wife Vanessa, also
a Salem native, will still be close to
Huntington.

They're opening a Chick-Fil-A
restaurant in Ashland, Kentucky - just
a few miles from Marshall.

Miles was an all-star linebacker
at Salem his senior season at 1992.

He later lettered four straight
years at Virginia Tech - playing on
four consecutive bowl teams for Frank
Beamer.

He also is the son of Billy
Miles, who resigned earlier this year
as Franklin County's head coach.

finally emerged from a water-filled
tank last night in New York.

He also suffered some liver damage
after spending 177 hours under water--
breaking the world record.

However, Blaine came up about two
minutes short in his attempt to break
another world record for holding his

breath.
