Rhode Island nightclub fire three years

100 people were killed in the fire.

Biechle could receive up to ten years

Florida to win over seniors with

his new Medicare prescription drug
plan.

But with the deadline to sign up this
coming Monday...many seniors are

still having a hard time understanding
the plan.. The latest cbs/new

york times poll finds 75 percent of
more than a thousand asked are

having difficulty.

though when it comes to enrollment a
large majority found that part

easy.

Sot senior "saving money...."

So far fewer than 40 percent of
eligible Americans have enrolled for
the

program that began in January.

The new program allows 43 million
Medicare recepients to enroll in a

government-paid private plan that
subsidizes the cost of prescription

medications.

Democrats say there's still too much
uncertainty.. And are pushing to

extend the deadline.

five to two to completely restructure
the magnet school program.

Two of the schools, Forest Park and
Lincoln Terrace, will be eliminated

next year. The aviation program will
then be phased out in two years.

Seven other schools will no longer be
called magnet schools. They are now
specialty schools. Essentially that
redesigns them to give those schools
more autonomy.

Four circus elephants created a big
scene after a traffic accident in
Sweden.

A truck transporting the four
elephants swerved off a curvy road, and
ended up in a ditch.

Three of the elephants escaped from
the overturned trailer.

But their handler quickly rounded
