of Massachusetts.

The Associated Press is reporting
that a plane carrying Senator Ted
Kennedy across Massachusetts was struck
by lightning and had to be diverted to
New Haven, Connecticut.

to pay tribute to Vicky Armel.

She was shot and killed earlier
this week in an ambush on officers

outside a police station in Fairfax
County.

The 18-year-old gunman was shot

later lined the roadway for a

a woman this week.

the alligator attacked her while she
was on land and dragged her body into
the canal.

Investigators are still trying to
figure out how the woman came in
contact with the animal.

Witnesses reported seeing a woman

dangling her feet over the water's edge

Maroons vs Cavaliers The youngsters got to take in the :00 second round game on a beautiful day
for lacrosse in Salem.

Cabrini would take a 4 to 3 lead
on the Maroons by scoring back to back
goals. Matt Campbell put this one in

But from then on Roanoke
absolutely dominanted the game. The
Marooons went on a 10-oh run and the
goals were coming in bunches. ODAC
Player of the year Chris Keating with

And he had plenty of help from

thousands of spectators gathered for
the Art Car Parade in Houston.

It began in 1988 with only 40
vehicles and a handful of bystanders.

Now, it is the world's oldest and
largest art car parade.


Vehicles ranged from large
cupcakes to toy covered cars to painted
vans.

There were also costumed roller
skaters, classic cars, and musicians on
floats sharing the spotlight.
