arrest in a fatal shooting last
weekend.
57-year-old Wallace Fisher turned
himself in to police last night.

public nuisance in connection with last
Saturday's shooting at a house party on
Melrose Avenue.
One person died, and seven others
were seriously injured.
Police say Fisher was in some way
responsible for the gathering.
25-year-old Jason Donnell
Roberson has been charged with murder.
He was one of the ones injured in
the shooting.
Police say more arrests may come.

Today, Life-Guard helicopter
crews celebrated 25 years of work in
Virginia.

of Victory Stadium.
Children and adults were given an
up close look at the helicopter
ambulances.
While Life-Guard crews specialize
in quick responses, getting to the
scene is only half the battle.
The helicopters are also

trauma care and medical technology.
Virginia's first air ambulance
took flight a quarter century ago, and
since that time the helicopter crews
have rescued thousands of people.
