that Roger Clemens is coming out of
retirement, AGAIN to pitch for the
Houston Astros.
Clemens will make 3 Minor League
Starts before rejoining the Big League
Club. Unfortunately, he will not be
coming to Salem. Clemens' first start
will be at Lexington, Kentucky in the
Low Class A affiliate that his oldest
son Koby plays for at this time.
Clemens signed a 1 year $22
million dollar contract that will be
prorated out so that he only makes $12
million this season.

all-American for his performance on the
field by Louisville Slugger.
Tincher posted a 26 and 9 record
this season for the Hokies and was
named the ACC's pitcher and player of
the year. She averaged just under 14
strikeouts a game which ranks her
second in the nation.
Plus, in the classroom she has a
3 point 8 GPA as a Finance major.
Next week she heads to California
to tryout for the World University
Games.

D-U-I arrests has managed to skip most
of her jailtime.

Michelle Rodriguez was supposed to
spend 60 days in a Los Angeles jail for
violating her probation.
Instead the star of television's LOST
served only about four HOURS last
Thursday before she was released.
Officials say the jail was too over
crowded.
Last month in Hawaii, Rodriguez served
about five days in jail for pleading
guilty to drunken driving. She has had
other convictions for D-U-I and hit and
run.
She told reporters she plans to move
to France where people will leave her
alone.
