They found paint on the front
license plate and bumper of Gibson's

Detectives say Gibson admitted
she was in the area where the
hit-and-run accident occurred the day
Dudley was hit.

Reuben Johnson's body was found
Tuesday in Caswell County, North
Carolina. It was identified yesterday.

Johnson's family reported him
missing last week.

His girlfriend said he was headed

County, but never came back.

he's starting to hear from nervous
state employees who are worried about
not getting paid if the state doesn't
have a budget by July first.

A source close to budget talks
tells News 7 negotiators did make
progress over how to fund state

Kristie Simmons are suing M-T-D, the
company that made the mower.

Today, engineer Jeff Warren said
the manufacturer could have included a
blade brake/clutch system that would
have stopped the blades when the mower
rolled back.

local jury to hear the case of a man
charged with a fatal boating accident
on Smith mountain Lake last summer.

20th when their boat was hit by a
speedboat operated by Mark De
Tournillion.

Judge James Updike today denied a
defense motion to move the trial
because of pre-trial publicity.

He also will allow prosecutors to
introduce De Tournillion's blood
alcohol level tested shortly after the
crash.

Updike may also allow the
victims' blood alcohol levels to be
used as well.

but the goal is the same... to mow and
bale enough hay to feed a herd of
cattle through the winter, and
hopefully have some extra to sell for
expenses.

after he retired from the Roanoke Fire
Department.
