For nearly half the decade, California
experienced the worst drought in
recorded history. Residents were
forced to stop watering their lawns AND
filling their swimming pools. The empty

cement bowls become the perfect spot to
create radical skateboard moves that
had never been tried before.

These "half-pipes" as they are now

extreme sports such as snowboarding,

Skateboarding may have never gotten

Fox Sports Net We finish up on the big league :00 diamond where Lynchburg's own Brandon
Inge had a big day for the Tigers today
against Tampa Bay.

The former Brookville Bee raps
this shot to center. It gets past
Rocco Baldelli. Two runs scored as
Inge ended up at third base with a
triple.

He also played some 'd'.
Check him out flashing the glove at
third to rob Ty Wigginton
*CG final Tampa Bay of a hit. Detroit beat the D-rays 6 2 to 2.

That's what one woman said when she

and her husband noticed something
bizarre in their backyard....

It appears this bear wanted to get
comfortable and enjoy the summer
weather.

The homeowners say they were eating
in the kitchen, looked out the window
and saw the bear climb in and rock
himself to sleep in their hammock.

Captivated, they watched for about
five minutes before the bear woke up
and fell out of the hammock. So they
grabbed the video camera just in time
to catch him trying to do it all over
again.
