year- old Justin Simmons.

A week-long civil trial ended
yesterday afternoon, when the jury
found a lawnmower manufacturer was
responsible for the accident that
killed Simmons two years ago.

provider. The riding lawnmower Orvil
Reedy was operating rolled backwards,
and ran over the four- year- old.

MTD Attorney John Fitzpatrick had
argued that operator negligence, not
the lawnmower's design was responsible

for the accident.

condition after receiving a gunshot
wound to the head.

Police were called to the 500
block of Elizabeth Street around 11
o'clock last night.

When they arrived, they found a
23-year-old man unresponsive.

The victim was taken to Duke
University Medical Center.

Danville Police are
investigating.

So far no charges have been
filed.

glitch.

Paypal users.

The latest scam is an email being
sent out saying that data was lost due
to computer problems.

It asks users to update their
personal and financial information.

The email says because of the
inconvenience, Paypal will give all
users that repair their missing data
their next two incoming transfers for
free and you will pay no fees for your
next two incoming transfers.

Here's what PayPal says on the
subject of scam websites -- Only enter
your PayPal password on pages where the
URL begins with
"https://www.paypal.com/."

Even if the URL contains the word
'PayPal', it may not be a PayPal
webpage.

These "spoof" websites try to
imitate PayPal in order to obtain your
password and access to your account.

delayed.

a polling place for Tuesday's
democratic primary.

The women's auxiliary continues
its work volunteering at the V-A
Hospital and the big car show is coming
up later this summer.

But the headliner is the American
Legion State Baseball Championship that

staff at the ballfields and there is a
great need for help in the kitchen and
the dining hall.

The total count of players and
coaches will be near 12-hundred people
total.

The American Legion will feed all
of them three meals a day, presenting
the organization with quite a
challenge.

condition after receiving a gunshot
wound to the head.

Police were called to the 500
block of Elizabeth Street around 11
o'clock last night.

When they arrived, they found a
23-year-old man unresponsive.

He was taken to Duke University
Medical Center.

Danville Police are
investigating.

So far no charges have been
filed.

prey for the scam artists out there.

sent out saying that data was lost due
to computer problems.

It asks users to update their
personal and financial information.

The email says because of the
inconvenience, Paypal will give all
users that repair their missing data
their next two incoming transfers for
free.

Here's what PayPal says on the
subject of scam websites -- Only enter
your PayPal password on pages where the
U-R-L begins with
"https://www.paypal.com/."

Even if the U-R-L contains the
word 'PayPal', it may not be a PayPal
webpage.

These "spoof" websites try to
imitate PayPal in order to obtain your
password and access to your account.
