seriously injured in a fall three
months ago in Martinsville says it will
never be the same.

March 28 48-year-old Michael Hinsberger
HINES-burger survived the 30-foot fall
that killed his boss, 60-year-old
Gregory Harrington.

The two had finished installing
an antenna on this radio tower, when
the cable they were being lowered on...
apparently broke.

Hinsberger is still recovering in
a hospital in North Carolina, but his
family says he may never have full use
of his brain again.

downtown Bedford is under
investigation.

actually spotted smoke coming from a
building on North Bridge Street around
5:00 this morning.

By the time fire fighters got
there.. the inside of the building was
covered in smoke and flames.

The building housed the Hunan
Chinese Restaurant.

Officials say there is heavy
damage inside the building.

Nearby buildings were not
affected.

unanimously to approve the state
budget.

Budget negotiators shook hands

over the deal Friday evening.

The 74- million dollar two- year
spending plan includes a seven- percent
raise for state employees over two
years.

Teachers will get a five- and- a-
half percent raise.

The budget will also lay the
estate tax to rest starting next July.

The House of Delegates will vote
on the budget tomorrow.

Governor Tim Kaine will then get
the chance to make changes.
