That's because these tomatoes were
for throwing, not for eating.

Over 500 people took part in an
annual tomato festival yesterday in
Colombia-- which consists of the
partipants throwing tomatoes at each
other during an entire day.

Locals came up with the idea after
prices in the flower trade dropped, and
many residents went bankrupt.

They decided to try the tomato
business, and launched the annual
tomato festival.

The charge stems from last Monday's
accident in which Roethlisberger
collided with a car while riding his
motorcycle without a helmet.

He's also being cited for failure to
operate in his license class.

Only licensed cyclists can ride
without a helmet in Pennsylvania.

Meanwhile, the driver of the car
will be cited for failing to yield.

Fox Sports After a 45 minute delay at the :00 start for rain showers, Matt Kenseth

took a ride in the spin cycle.

Kenseth did manage to stay second
in points, with a 13th place effort.

Tony Stewart's shoulder
continues to get better.

But this hit after a brush
with Jeff Green wouldn't help.

Stewart's shoulder looked fine as
he did some handiwork and took out some
frustration with the hammer in the
garage.

Jeff Gordon led 50 of the
first 100 laps, but he wasn't quite as
strong as the pole sitter Kahne.

Kahne was out front when the wet
stuff returned at lap 129 of 200.

A torrential downpour ended the
race prematurely, and Kahne was
declared the winner.

It's the fifth Cup win of his
career.
