Rockbridge County to close summer
school today. High water in certain
areas has made some roads impassable.

of Rockbridge County have seen very
heavy rain since last night.

The rain is also flooding areas
of Roanoke -- right now, water is
covering roads in the area around
Franklin Road and Wonju street.

Also Jefferson Street near the
Bio Med center is causing problems for
drivers.

More than three and a half inches
of rain has fallen in Roanoke since
midnight.

Remember -- if you see water on

it.

It could be a lot deeper than it
looks, or the road may be completely

washed away.
