million dollar intermodel shipping yard
in Elliston.

The company has already contacted
landowners along the 50 acre site about
buying their property, but no deals
have been reached.

The facility also promises to
take about 200-thousand trucks a year
off Interstate 81.

The shipping yard will be
completed by 2010, and employ about 75
people.

recanted his story last week.

Manns testified he lied about

meeting, and never intended to hurt

Counties, the feds say more than 50
pounds of methamphetamine has been
seized and more than 150 people
arrested.

Carroll County contractor and
part-time drug dealer James Edward
Swain pled guilty in April.

His case is set for sentencing
next month.
