shaken upon the play, but did stay in
the game.

Still in the second, Robert
Valido hits one off the left field wall
and drives in two more runs and
Warthogs now find themselves in front
5-to-nothing in the top of the frame.

Later, Joshua Hansen will take
his turn at bat and he will crush one
off the center field wall. The double
will chase home another run and chase
pitcher Felipe Paulino from the game
and bring in Evan Englebrook. *CG final Winston-Salem

hits the road for the next six nights.

SPEED Kelly Sutton was sent to a local
hospital after slamming into the inside
wall right on the driver's side of the
truck at almost full speed. The crash
into the retaining wall on lap 104
resulted in a fire in the grass on the
backstretch. Sutton was taken to the
infield care center on a stretcher and
reported to be "alert and oriented"
just before being moved from there to
the hospital. Her truck was trashed.
Terry Cook won the race. It's his
first Truck victory since 2002.

Fox The day and start time were both :00 different this year, but the the
pageantry that always goes along with
this race was more evident than ever.
Besides the stars and stripes,
vice-President Dick Cheney also made an

appearance in the prerace festivites.

Jeff Burton brought out one of
the first cautions of the race when he
slowed down and then got tapped in the
back by Casey Mears. Burton took a
wild ride on the back stretch, but
didn't hit anything.

But the most telling caution of
the night game with 15 laps to go.

Jimmie Johnson gets loose in a pack of
cars while racing for fourth place and
the man on the outside Bobby Labonte is
an innocent victim and the Petty car is
done for the race.

The green flag would come back
out with nine to go, but three laps
later we were back under caution again
as Greg Biffle gets loose and gets
together with J.J. Yeley. They crash
and also take out Mark Martin, Jeff
Gordon and Carl Edwards.

Tony Stewart would lead the most
laps and when it counted on the final
green he got to back to lead and won
the Pepsi 400 passiing pole Said with
three to go. Kyle Busch was second,
with Kurt Busch third and Said a solid
fourth.
