can cause serious injury or even death.

That's why children should never
play-with or ignite fireworks.

Only light fireworks on a smooth,

Wait 15 to 20 minutes to let it
cool down and then soak it in water.

And be cautious to only use LEGAL
fireworks.

Illegal explosives carry a
penalty of up to 12 months in jail and

now faces charges in a brutal attack
that left an entire Iraqi family dead.

an Iraqi family's home,killing four
people.

They say the victims included a
woman he and another soldier had
allegedly raped.

Green appeared in court yesterday.

He could get a death sentence if

Illegal fireworks are classified
as any firecracker or other object that
contains any explosive or inflammable
that is intended to explode, rise into
the air or travel laterally, or fires

glass containers.

Never throw or point fireworks or
sparklers at other people.

Sparklers are also a popular way
to celebrate, but remember, they too

contractor began tearing down Victory
Stadium, the city of Roanoke is
revealing a plan to distribute bricks
from the landmark.

And city residents will get first
shot at the souvenirs.

cleaned and prepared for distribution.

That's why children should never

Wait 15 to 20 minutes to let it
cool down and then soak it in water.

And be cautious to only use LEGAL
fireworks.

Illegal explosives carry a
