Cunningham's mother-in-law says
he took the soup to the hospital on the
third visit to help his case against
the Campbell Soup Company.

Prosecutors say he tried to get
money from the manufacturer by claiming
it caused his children's illness.

There is no evidence the soup was
tainted before it was purchased.

If convicted, Cunningham could
face 75 years in prison.
