ongoing Radford murder investigation.

Last week, 39 year-old Ken Henry
of Tennessee was shot and killed at the
Fairfax Apartments on Davis Street.
Police charged 22 year-old Kelly
Lance with his murder.
According to a search warrant
filed today, Lance told police Henry
ran into her home through the back door
and pointed a gun at her.

from the Cardinal Criminal Justice
Academy.

A staff member from the academy
noticed some doors were open when she
came in to work this morning.

Old Blacksburg Middle School will close
for good October 31st. School members
say their budget wasn't fully funded
and they had to make cuts. The old
middle school costs them more than
80-thousand dollars a year in utility
bills.
