Many credit his ability to get

When Warner left office, he had a

And while the founder of the

the beginning Warner had popularity

Officials say the numbers sound

The biggest problem in rivers,

animal waste runoff-- and in some cases
human waste.

Officials say the bacteria level

16:02:50 I THINK THROUGHOUT AMERICA,
PEOPLE ARE INTERESTED IN EFFECTIVE

Something Ware, a long time friend of
Warners, believes the former governor
proved during his four year term.

With a 75 percent approval rating
leaving office, there's no question
Warner will find support here in
Virginia but how is he being received
nationally.??

16:07:15 WHAT I'M FINDING IS THAT WE
STARTED OUT WITH AN UNKNOWN GOVERNOR
AND NOW WE HAVE A ROCKSTAR

Now, although neither has formally
announced, most believe Warner's
biggest opponent will be Hillary
Clinton. While Ratliff believes she has
the funds....

IF YOU LOOK AT DEAN CAMPAIGN, MONEY
DOES NOT A NOMINATION WIN.

The political action committee has
planted roots in 33 states and hopes

when and if Warner announces they will
have already laid a national foundation
of support that will be ready to kick
into high gear for 2008. Natasha Ryan,
