THURSDAY. THAT'S ABOUT THE SAME TIME AS
THE PIRATE COPIES OF THE PIRATE MOVIE
WILL HIT THE STREETS.

YET THERE IS A SMALL BUT GROWING NUMBER
OF RUSSIAN BUSINESSES THAT DO OBSERVE
PROPERTY RIGHTS.

LIKE YANGA...RUSSIA'S FIRST LEGAL
ON-LINE MUSIC SELLER, WHICH WILL PAY
ROYALTIES TO ARTISTS.

"WE'RE TARGETING THE NEW RUSSIAN MIDDLE
CLASS" SAYS YANGA'S FOUNDER, ALEXANDER
KUZNETSOV.

"PEOPLE PREPARED TO SPEND MORE TO KNOW
THAT THE MUSIC THEY'RE BUYING IS
LEGAL."

BUT PLENTY OF RUSSIANS JUST WANT TO BUY
ON THE CHEAP. AND AS LONG AS THERE ARE
BUYERS, THE GOVERNMENT'S CRACKDOWN ON
PIRACY WILL GO ONLY SO FAR. BK, CBS
NEWS, MOSCOW.

- but there is word that police
outside of Denver recently found
marijuana in Anthony's car.

Police said Tyler Brandon Smith, who
identified himself as Anthony's friend
and roommate, was driving the car late
Sunday, when he was pulled over and
cited for marijuana possession and
three traffic infractions.

Anthony's agent says Carmelo had
nothing to do with the incident.

Now let's check the scoreboards.

FOX-MLB Halfway through the game, Major
League baseball paid tribute to the
late Roberto Clemente - one on the
all-time great Pirates -by presenting

his widow Vera with an honor.

Clemente would have been pleased
by the effort turned in by Vladimir
Guererro, who just muscled a high and
outside fastball out of the yard.

His solo homer to right in the
top of the second to make it
1-to-nothing - American stars.

But former Virginia high school
star and Norfolk native David Wright
hit one the other way to tie the game
at 1-all.

It stayed that way until the
third, when another Met, Carlos Beltran
stole third.

Then later, he stole home to give
the National League its first lead
since 2003.

The AL stars would go on to win
again 3 to 2.
