A sign outside Mango's says quote
pardon the noise, that's the sound of
freedom, God Bless America.

According to neighbors, this is
actually the third sign.

They say the first one read--we
are open, and yes we are loud.

That was followed by a sign that
essentially mocked the recent news
media coverage of the problems at
Mango's.

In May, the county passed a
noise ordinance after dozens of
complaints from nearby residents who
said outdoor concerts at Mango's Bar
