Gilmer and a friend were fishing at
Robertson's Hole on Wolf Creek, when
Gilmer slipped in and was pulled under.

His friend, along with officers
and another bystander tried to pull him

Honaker was indicted as one of those
allegedly responsible for providing the
drugs.

He was released into the custody of his
sister this afternoon.

The judge ordered Honaker to stay home
with her in Montvale when he's not at
work.

rocked southeast Roanoke early
Saturday, but their review may not

obtained by CBS News, OPEC asked other

to see if any disciplinary action needs
to be taken against this jockey who
head butted his horse in the Stratford
races on Sunday in London. The horse,
"City Affair," was unruly in the parade
ring threw its jockey. Paul O'Neill got
to his feet, grabbed the reins, pulled
the horse to him, and head butted it.
The horse went on to finish fourth in
the two-mile race. O'Neill also was

given a caution during the race for by
using his whip excessively.

tonight after one of the most

successful road trips in the history of
the franchise. The Avs came into this
evening in first place in the Southern
Division hosting Wilmington.

Wilmington also hosted Salem - as
the two completed a rain delayed game
from back on the fourth of July on the
Blue Rocks home field.

Salem led that contest 8-to-0
when it was suspended by rain in the
third.

The Avs would then see that 8 run
lead of their's start to erode.

cut it to 8-to-2 at that point.

The lead still seemed very safe,
but Ian Baldergroen belted one to deep
right field. The bllst brings home two

more runs and before you know it
Wilmington had cut the lead to 8-to-7.

The Avs would try to buy some
insurance in the 8th with the bases
loaded, but Francisco *CG final Wilmington Caraballo would hit into the rare 5 - 2 7 - 3 double play as Wilmington gets out Salem of the inning.

major announcement with the Orange Bowl
tomorrow morning.

The Miami-based BCS game will now

Terry Ford likened it to being on
fire and knew that if he hit the
ground, he was dead. At one point, a
man stopped to help him but Ford said
it just made the bees meaner.

Ford was cutting the grass when he
was attacked. Emergency room doctors
had to shave his head to get all of the
stingers out and told him he came close
to dying. He is now home recovering.
