the head and neck with a pair of
scissors. The tips of the scissors were

when his motorcycle smashed into a
truck.

33-year-old Joseph Pugh was headed
south when he ran into the tractor
trailer.

A Vinton Girl Scout leader
was jailed this morning for embezzling
