Supreme Court or Governor Tim Kaine.
Forty-two-year-old Michael Lenz
is scheduled to die by lethal injection
at 9 p-m at the Greensville
Correctional Center in Jarratt.
He was convicted for the murder
of 41-year-old Brent Parker.

Tuesday's trench collapse at a
construction site in Christiansburg.

Two men were trapped when the
walls collapsed around them.
They work for DCI Shires out of
Bluefield and were fixing a broken
sewer line at the New River Valley
Mall.
47-year-old Billy Eugene Casey
from Bluefield, West Virginia was
released from the hospital Tuesday
night.
Co-workers say Mike Schultz, from
Peterstown, West Virginia, was kept
overnight for observation.
And Tony Jones actually pulled
Schultz from the mud and water.

Our News-7/Survey USA poll asked more
than 400 likely voters in the 5th
Congressional District

coffers as well.

allow the town to annex that property.
