in Bedford was taken to the hospital
this morning after becoming ill due to
carbon dioxide.

Bedford County Fire Department
responded to the call at the plant just
after two-o clock.

According to officials, the
carbon dioxide was coming from a
machine in an area where they freeze
meat.

Assistant Fire Chief Russell
Stevens said that machine was shut
down.

No one had to be evacuated and no
other injuries were reported.

flagged him down and said a man had

are now being called dangerous.

accused of sexually molesting a client
are moving forward.

Kenny Tran is charged with sexual
battery.

In court yesterday, a woman used
to go to the salon told a judge, Tran
slipped his hand down her shirt and
reached up her pant leg while she was

getting her nails done.

Tran's wife has told News 7 he is
innocent.

Back in 2001, Tran plead guilty
to sexual abuse for inappropriately
touching two women at a nail salon in
Pulaski County.

The judge found probably cause
and sent the case to the grand jury.

in Bedford was taken to the hospital
this morning after becoming ill due to
carbon dioxide.

Bedford County Fire Department
responded to the call at the plant just
after two-o clock.

According to officials, the
carbon dioxide was coming from a
machine in an area where they freeze
meat.


Assistant Fire Chief Russell
Stevens said that machine was shut
down.

No one had to be evacuated and no
other injuries were reported.

An employee at Smithfield Food in
Bedford was taken to the hospital this
morning after becoming ill due to
carbon dioxide. Officials say the
carbon dioxide was coming from a
machine in an area where they freeze
meat. The machine was shut down. No
one had to be evacuated and no other
injuries were reported.

Nearly seven years have passed since
the 581/Valley View Mall overpass
opened to traffic.

Right now, there's one way in and one
way out.

Funding has been earmarked to start
initial studies and designs that would
complete the work.

But V-Dot can't say with certainty if
and when the overpass will be
completed.
