in connection with the theft of a
laptop containing sensitive data on
more than 26 million veterans and
military personnel.

VO-NAT Police say the 19-year-olds were

arrested early today in Maryland.
They've been charged with first-degree
burglary and theft.

Charges are pending against a
third male suspect who is a juvenile.

the Maryland home of a Veterans Affairs
employee.

Authorities say the suspects
didn't specifically target the
employee's home -- and did not realize
the hard drive contained veterans'
information until the case was

hay fire today in Bedford County.

Firefighters say the fire started
in these bales of hay and threatened
two barns on a farm.

They were able to get the fire
under control before it spread.

No one was hurt.

finally complete, and we're getting our
first look inside.

westside expansion began in March 2004.

The project was suppose to be
finished in time for the fall 2005
season -- but that didn't happen
because of construction delays.

His sudden rise was meteoric, and now
just two weeks after capturing cycling
gloryFloyd Landis fall from grace seems
almost as spectacular.

After a second positive drug test,
Landis has now been fired by his
winning Swiss cycling team and the Tour
de France says it no longer considers
him its champion, although his title
has not been officially revoked.

The French anti-doping officials say

Landis' second test confirms the
presence of performance enhancing
testosterone that had to be ingested,
not naturally produced as the cyclist
has claimed.

"This time there were three governing
bodies watching the test and his
representative so I double he is going
to be successful at all on appeal."

Although Landis is said to be holed up
inside his gated California
neighborhood , he has issued a
statement claiming he has never used
banned substances and says :

Officials say the 231-foot tower
was destroyed because it's no longer
needed.

A new 44-point-two million dollar
tower commissioned in May will now
stand alone.

The demolition of the old tower
now clears the path for continued
construction of a new international
terminal.
