Behl disappeared last September,

Fawley later told police Behl
died when he restricted her breathing

tonight.

Town Council voted six to one to
allow stadium lighting and public
address systems within the town.
The vote leaves the door open for
the proposed stadium off Price's Fork
Road.
The school board wants to build a
three-thousand seat stadium near the
Stroubles Strew-bulls Mill community.
It's a controversial plan among
residents, but several school members
have said they will build the stadium
outside of Blacksburg if it is denied.
The council will vote on the
proposal at its next meeting.

today. In order to make the list as an
athlete you have to maintain a 3 point
0 grade point average Nearly 26
hundred athletes were honored for their
work in the classroom.
GRAPHIC=DUKE Duke led the way with 362
students including J.J. Redick. It's
the 18th straight year Duke has been
number one.
GRAPHIC=TECH Virginia Tech put 177 athletes on
the list this year,. while

The University of Virginia placed
221 on the honor roll.
GRAPHIC=MIAMI The low number on all of all 12
ACC schools belongs to Miami. The
Hurricanes placed 104 student athletes
