That's how long the Short Family
murders remain unsolved.

Mary Short were found dead in their Oak
Level home.

Their 9 year old daughter Jennifer
was nowhere to be found.

That led to a nationwide Amber alert.

But six weeks later, Jennifer's
remains were found near a bridge in
Rockingham County North Carolina.

She, like her parents, had been shot
to death.

In the four years the task force has
been in existence, investigators have
interviewed thousands of people.

The only person ever named as a
person of interest in the murders is
Gary Bowman, a North Carolina man who
hired Michael Short to move his mobile
home.

Jennifer herself was the target.

After all, she was taken from the

like the United Kingdom, are now using
a new credit and debit card payment
system known as "Chip and Pin."

It's the latest technology to
prevent credit card fraud -- using a
microchip in the card and a personal
identification number to complete the
transaction.

But, officials say foreign
merchants are STILL required to accept
the old magnetic stripe cards issued in
the U-S.

to the New York Jets.

The Browns shipped the former
fourth round draft pick to New York
this afternoon in exchange for some
defensive help.

The Jets are in desperate need of
a running back with Curtis Martin on
the physically unable to perform list.

Suggs, turned 26 last Friday. He
flew out of Cleveland at five tonight
and arrived at Jets' camp at Hofstra
University in Hempstead, New York late
this evening.

He will practice with the Jets
tomorrow.

Cheeseman found out this afternoon that
Cam Martin - the guy competing for

playing time as a back-up has to have
surgery for a hernia on Thursday and he

Martin is a redshirt freshman who
