Researchers are once again touting the
benefits of an active life.
A review of several published studies
on the topic found that exercise keeps
the body and mind in tiptop shape.
The researchers concluded that taken
together the data suggests that
exercise and physical activity may slow
age-related declines in cognitive
function.
The team found that exercise is not
only beneficial for healthy people..
but also for those already showing
signs of dementia.

Recent studies have shown that coffee
can be good for the heart.
But a new study finds in some people
the opposite can be true.
Researchers say a cup of coffee might
actually trigger a heart attack in
people who already have a poor heart
and don't drink much coffee. It's
thought the caffeine jolt might raise
blood pressure and lead to the attack.

The latest incident happened on
Friday, but no injuries were reported.
A motorist who saw one of the
midday shootings gave authorities a

pickup truck being driven.
But police are not yet releasing
it.

Authorities in Farmington,
Missouri say the female suspect stole a
Brinks armored truck after flashing a
gun.
She then jumped in and drove the
truck about a mile away where she met a
man.
The two then cleaned the cash
out, ditched the armored truck and made
their getaway.
They're still on the loose.
But police are hoping a farmer's
surveillance video set up to bust those
responsible for thefts and vandalism on
his farm will help them catch the two.
