police arrested Nuckles at his home..
charging him with sexually abusing a 4

The school issued a statement
saying, we are very disturbed about
the allegations. We have been and will
continue to cooperate fully with the
police in this matter.

The administrator goes on to say:
as a condition of employment extensive
and thorough background checks are
conducted on all of our employees.

The employee in question passed
those checks and came to us with
impeccable references.

As soon as we became aware of
this accusation the individual was
placed on leave. News 7 has learned
that was back in April.

Roanoke county police say so far there
have

not been any additional complaints of
abuse at the school--

Authorities confirm that more
than three hours passed before rescue
workers found three of the victims,
including Walter Vierling, the 91-

Radford.

The driver pulled away and led

he wrecked the truck and took off into

re-light it tonight.

Virginia Electrical Services
crews realized the star needed more
work than anyone had anticipated.

rewire the entire star from top to

The Fastest Car in the Final
Practice was Kurt Busch, who backed up
his earlier times by winning the pole

races at Bristol he also won the Spring
